merry christmas & a happy 2009
the last bouquets of 2008. the first white, green, and black bouquet was Eliza's actual wedding day bouquet and varied just a little from her sitting bouquet. the second very traditional and very red set the mood perfectly for this dec 20th wedding. I took this couple even though they didnt meet my minimum order policy and i am so glad i did! this bouquet just finished of my studio stems year perfectly, traditional with a little studio stems twist of funk and design. Sara married a marine, thus the blue ribbon to match his dress duds! anytime i can be part of something that has anything to do with freedom i am pleased to do so.
its been a great year! i am so grateful for my clients and the ability they give me to be an artist! so thank you kady, kara, stonehaven dental, melanie, laynie, charakie, aubrey, tamara, danielle, tara, amberlie, sarah, annamarie & justin, megan, erin, megan hale, mt americal credit union, amanda, angela, ashley, alexia, lindsey, chelsey, eliza, and sara.
i work with a lot of great vendors all of the time, but there are a few vendors that deserve special mention that just make what i do that much better! Rebekah westover, pink piggy designs, whimsy floral, dustin izatt photography, and kate benson photography, thank you so much!
i will be out of the office from december 20th for the remainder of the year. i will return all email inquires and voicemails at that time. thank you again!

christmas bouquet inspiration
The season is upon us. for years and years this picture has been in my bouquet inspiration book residing in my office. most clients who see it tend to be a little turned off by it and think its weird but for most of my career to me its been the perfect winter wedding spin on bouquet. its different and unusual with a twist of design in its very element, perhaps even a similar description of me! i dare share it simply because in my search for winter inspiration to post my mind keeps drawing back to it. its a scan could not even find a remotely close picture online. i dont have the best scanner so please do excuse but also enjoy. Eliza's wedding is coming up this wknd so watch for pics!
FYI - studio stems will only be accepting 15 events for the 2009 year and nearly half are booked. so if your thinking you may want us ..... better jump on that horse.
